I have such respect for your work and your passion to help others. I do have a couple of questions. I hear you speak of anxiety, depression, PTSD. I get we dont need a label. You mentioned it is not a biochemical imbalance. That medication isnt helping. I agree with some of that after 20 years on clonazepam I weaned off..a very mental and physical grueling process. I was put on it at 11 years old by a psychiatrist and put on a ton of others since I was 9. Its all I've ever known. I knew that I didnt have the seasonal blues or light anxiety. It took a intense physical and mental toll on me and I cope with it daily. I know all those meds for 20 years didnt help. What I'm trying to say is.. what do I tell someone like me who is diagnosed with either borderline, bipolar,or schizophrenia, etc? Because what I hear is, if you can get your thoughts together and change your eating and lifestyle... these struggles will go away. I may hear it wrong and my perception might be off. As someone with one of those diagnosees.. who also was put on dangerous medication their whole life...how do you approach that? Thanks so much for your heart and love for Jesus. You are someone I look up to and I'm thankful for you work!
